Falgir Privacy Policy

1. What Falgir does

Falgir provides entertainment and personal-reflection features including Hafez poetry, tarot, coffee symbols, I Ching, runes, horoscopes, numerology, daily fortunes, saved readings, reminders, sharing, and a home-screen widget. The app does not require an account.

2. Data processed from your device

Falgir and the services integrated into it may transmit the following categories of data off your device:

• Device or other identifiers: the Android advertising ID, app set ID, Firebase installation ID and messaging token, and a stable app-scoped identifier derived from Android ID or a randomly generated fallback. Our house-ad service receives the app package name and the app-scoped identifier to limit repeated ads. Google services may use their identifiers for advertising, analytics, service delivery, and fraud prevention.
• Approximate location: an approximate area inferred from the IP address by advertising and service providers. Falgir does not request precise GPS location.
• App activity: app launches, screen views, taps, ad impressions or interactions, notification interactions, selected app language, broad feature categories, settings changes, and sharing format. Our analytics events do not include the text or identity of a fortune, poem, card, coffee symbol, birth date, name, search query, or personal intention.
• Diagnostics and device information: information such as device model, operating-system and app version, network type, SDK performance, launch time, hangs, energy usage, and related diagnostic signals used to maintain the app and integrated services.
• Push-notification information: Firebase Cloud Messaging processes the app version, Firebase installation identifier and messaging token needed to subscribe the installation to Falgir notifications and deliver them.

Network services necessarily receive an IP address and standard request information while responding. Hafez audio is streamed from divanhafez.com, and house-ad images are delivered from Kurdsofts services over HTTPS.

3. Data that stays on your device

Your generated fortunes, saved-reading history, favourites, search queries, reminder choices, widget state, theme and reading preferences, and any name or birth date entered for an on-device reading are stored locally. Kurdsofts does not receive their contents. They leave your device only if you deliberately share them through Android's share controls.

4. Why we process data

• To provide app functionality, audio streaming, notifications, consent choices, and advertising.
• To understand aggregate app usage and improve reliability and design.
• To select, deliver, measure, and limit repetition of advertisements.
• To detect fraud, abuse, invalid advertising traffic, and security problems, and to comply with law.

5. Advertising, analytics, and service providers

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) delivers and measures advertising and may collect or share IP-derived approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.
• Google Firebase Analytics processes app-interaction and device information for aggregate analytics.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging and Firebase Installations process an installation identifier, messaging token, app version, and related service metadata to deliver notifications.
• Kurdsofts house ads use the app package and an app-scoped device identifier for ad delivery and frequency limiting.
• Hosting and content-delivery providers, including Cloudflare and the servers that deliver Kurdsofts pages, ads, or Hafez audio, process standard connection and security logs.

6. Consent and privacy choices

Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform presents advertising-consent choices before ads are requested. If a privacy-options form is required for your region, it is available from Falgir's Settings screen so you can revisit your choices. Depending on your choice and region, ads may be personalised, non-personalised, or limited.

You can also reset or delete the Android advertising ID in Android's privacy settings, control notification permission in Android settings, turn Falgir's optional notifications off in the app, clear local app data, or uninstall Falgir to stop future collection from that installation.

7. Sharing, sale, and legal disclosures

We do not sell the contents of your fortunes or other locally stored reading data. Data described above may be shared with Google and infrastructure providers as needed to provide advertising, analytics, messaging, hosting, security, and operational services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or to investigate fraud or abuse.

8. Retention and deletion

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. Kurdsofts and its providers retain identifiers, analytics, advertising records, notification-service data, and operational logs only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, subject to provider settings and legal obligations.

Because Falgir has no user accounts and does not upload saved readings, we generally cannot connect locally stored content to a named person. For a privacy or deletion request concerning data controlled by Kurdsofts, contact us using the address below and include enough information for us to identify the relevant app installation or request where reasonably possible.

9. Security and international processing

Falgir's application endpoints use HTTPS encryption in transit. We use access controls and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure. Service providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

10. Children

Falgir is a general-audience entertainment app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Falgir, its service providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy at this URL and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or store listing where appropriate.
