Our App’s primary function is to provide a bilingual dream interpretation dictionary from a local, offline database. We do not collect personally identifiable information that you create, such as your name, email address, or personal dream journals.

However, to support the App’s functionality and provide a free service, we and our third-party partners may collect certain information as described below.

A. Locally Stored Information (On-Device Only)

To enhance your experience, the App stores certain preferences directly on your device using Android’s SharedPreferences. This information is not transmitted to us and remains on your device:

  • Language Preference: Your selected language (“en” for English or “fa” for Persian).
  • Zoom Preference: Your preferred text size (zoom level) for reading content.
  • Rating Dialog Status: To remember if you have already seen the app rating prompt.

B. Automatically Collected Information (Third-Party SDKs)

When you use the App, our trusted third-party partners automatically collect certain information through their Software Development Kits (SDKs).

1. Advertising (Google AdMob & Consent) The App is supported by advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To comply with privacy regulations (like GDPR) and show you relevant ads, we use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).

  • Consent: When you first open the App, you may be shown a consent dialog. This dialog asks for your permission to allow Google and its advertising partners to collect and use your data for purposes such as:
    • Personalized advertising and content
    • Ad and content measurement
    • Audience insights and product development
  • Data Collected for Ads: If you consent to personalized ads, Google AdMob and its partners may collect data including, but not limited to:

3. Push Notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging) We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send you occasional push notifications. To deliver these messages, the Firebase SDK generates a unique, anonymous registration token for your device.
