KurdSofts (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides the True Tie Android application (package name net.kurdsofts.tieatie). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use True Tie and the choices available to you.

What True Tie stores on your device

True Tie does not require an account. The tie, scarf, pocket-square, and shoe-lacing tutorials are included in the app and can be used offline. Your selected language, onboarding status, guide-mode preference, completed tutorials, and recent searches are stored locally on your device. This information is not uploaded to KurdSofts.

Information processed by services in the app

• Firebase Analytics: Google may process app interactions, approximate location derived from an IP address, device and app information, and identifiers used for analytics. We use aggregate reports to understand reliability and which parts of True Tie are useful.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: if notifications are enabled, Google processes an app-instance token and delivery information so True Tie can receive product updates. You can disable notifications in Android settings at any time.
• Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform: True Tie may show ads only after the applicable consent flow allows an ad request. Google and its advertising partners may process device and app information, IP address, advertising identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics, and consent choices to deliver, measure, secure, and personalize or limit ads as permitted by your choice and local law.
• KurdSofts house ads: True Tie may contact ads.kurdsofts.net to request a KurdSofts promotional banner. The request can include the app package name and a random installation identifier created by True Tie. The server also receives network information such as your IP address as part of normal internet communication. The identifier resets when app data is cleared or the app is reinstalled. Tutorial content, searches, and completed steps are not sent with this request.

True Tie does not request access to contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera, or precise location. We do not sell personal information.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the app, remember your choices, deliver optional notifications and ads, measure performance, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose crashes, and improve True Tie. We do not use the tutorials you view or searches you make to build a profile on KurdSofts servers.

Retention and deletion

Local preferences remain until you clear True Tie’s storage or uninstall the app. The random house-ad installation identifier is deleted when app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Google retains information according to its own products, configuration, and policies. Because True Tie has no user accounts, KurdSofts does not maintain an account record for you to delete.

Your choices

• Use True Tie’s privacy-options control, when available, to review or change an advertising consent choice.
• Manage notification permission in Android settings.
• Reset locally stored preferences by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it.
• Use Android or Google account controls to reset or limit advertising identifiers and activity controls.

Third-party privacy information

Google describes its data practices in the Google Privacy Policy, Privacy and Security in Firebase, and How Google uses information for advertising. Those services may process information in countries other than where you live and apply safeguards described in their policies.

Children

True Tie is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when True Tie or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes may also be communicated in the app or its store listing.
